| 1. Customers are advised to examine the goods for damage at the time of taking delivery, failure
to do shall construed to be acknowledgement for Delivered Goods being delivered in
acceptable Condition. |
| 2. Customer accepts and acknowledges that the Prices, discount, and special quotation are
dynamic in nature and are not subject to repetition. |
| 3. Customer further accepts and acknowledges that, handling charges at appropriate rate may
also be charged in addition to the amount mentioned herein and a separate Invoice shall be
issued for such Charges if any. |
| 4. Customer accepts and acknowledges that the Goods once bought and put in transit, cannot
be returned or exchanged unless the Goods are delivered in damaged condition |
| 5. Customer accepts and acknowledges that any discrepancy in the Invoice shall be raised and
reported within forty-eight (48) hours from the time of delivery, failing which shall construed to
be acceptance of the Invoice. |
| 6. Customer accepts and acknowledges that all accepted Invoices shall be paid as per the
Agreed terms and Credit period. For all the invoices which remain unpaid for a period of 30
days from the date of delivery, an interest of 24% per Annum shall be charged on the Invoice
Amount. |
| 7. Customer accepts and acknowledges that payments up to ₹ 10,000 may be made in cash
or through various digital channels as specified by KOOVERS via the KOOVERS app, email,
or any other methods. Payments exceeding ₹ 10,000 must be made exclusively through
prescribed digital channels. |
| 8. Customer accepts and acknowledges that this is a digitally generated Invoice and does not
require any signature for authentication. Further, customer acknowledges that all Disputes
pertaining to this Invoice, including but not limited to delayed/Withheld payments, shall be
under exclusive Jurisdiction of Bangalore Courts.

| 9. Customer accepts and acknowledges that KRSV Innovative Auto Solutions Private Limited
(KOOVERS) acts solely as the seller and supplier of the goods specified herein, operating
under an 'as is' principle. It is further recognized that neither KOOVERS nor any of its directors,
employees, associates, or representatives are involved in the manufacturing of these goods.
Consequently, it is explicitly stated that KOOVERS and its affiliates will not be held liable for
any issues related to the quality, defects, suitability, craftsmanship, or marketability of the
goods.

| 10. Customer acknowledges that KOOVERS cannot verify the accuracy of these products
and does not provide any warranties for them. Any warranties associated with the products
are solely provided by the respective manufacturers, and any claims or issues must be
addressed directly with those manufacturers, without recourse to KOOVERS.
